- Registered Residents of New Taipei City (photo ID with address)
- Senior Citizens aged 65 or over and children aged 12 or under (national photo ID)
- Aboriginals aged 55 or over (national photo ID)
- Full Time Students with Domestic Student ID (ISIC not accepted)
- Disabled visitors with government-issued ID (plus complimentary admission for one companion)
- Low Income Visitors with government-issued ID
- Holders of Volunteer Service Honor Card
- Members of the Chinese Association of Museums

Mon. – Fri., 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sat. – Sun., 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
The museum is closed on the first Monday of every month. If the first Monday is a national holiday, the museum will be closed the next day instead.
Guided Tour:
We provide free tour (in Chinese) every day at 2:00 p.m. Tour groups of 15 people or more must call +886-2-2665-6035 to make a reservation a week before visiting the Museum.
